Terms of Service / Rules

Please be sure to read through these carefully before commissioning, I reserve the right to deny anyone.

Conditions

- Payment will be accepted through Paypal, Venmo, and Cashapp.
- Payment will be done half upfront, half at the end.
- Changes to composition, pose, or details must be done prior to coloring.
- NO ai art for references.
- Please provide references for your commission (ex. Character sheet, collage, mood boards, 3d model).
- You are free to use the completed commission however you’d like to.
- Commission time depends on the type, but may take 2-4 weeks. (If there is a hard deadline, let me know.)
- No refunds/chargebacks with the exception of emergencies.

Commercial Usage TOS

- There is a 10% commercial usage fee. This is flat and unchanging.
- When commissioning, client must specify if they intend to use the work for commercial use. (Ex. Youtube, advertisements. Essentially anything that potentially results in monetary gain for the client.)
- Client must provide direct credit back to my account by listing my username + account link in an easily accessible location.
