Terms of Service / Rules

Please be sure to read through these carefully before commissioning, I reserve the right to deny anyone.

Conditions

- Payment will be accepted through Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp.
- Payment will be done half upfront, half at the end.
- Changes to composition, pose, or details must be done prior to coloring.
- NO ai art for references. (You will be blocked if you knowingly use one.)
- Please provide references for your commission (ex. Character sheet, collage, mood boards, 3d model, MS paint doodle, Picrew).
- You are free to use the completed commission however you’d like to.
- Commission time depends on the type, but may take 2-4 weeks. (If there is a hard deadline, let me know.)
- No refunds/chargebacks with the exception of emergencies.
- Nothing explicit (NSFW, gore. Blood & suggestive is OK.)

Commercial Usage TOS

- There is a 50% commercial usage fee.
- When commissioning, client must specify if they intend to use the work for commercial/monetized use. This includes: emotes, assets, thumbnails, merchandise (if being sold to others), advertisements.
- Client must provide direct credit back to my account by listing my username and/or account link in an easily accessible location. (Description, caption, tagged in photo. If tagging please also include username in caption.)

Video Commissions
These can be either remakes or completely original.
Begins at $50 for one minute.
Each additional minute is +$50.
ORIGINAL MV: +100% of price.
File Specifications + Details:
- 1920*1080 30 FPS
- Sent in .MOV (If MP4 preferred please request.)
- Will take 3-4 weeks depending on length. (No rush deadlines.)
- THESE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL! There will be technical limitations as I edit on Video Star, so I may not be able to complete all requests or may deny a commission if I am unable to do it. If you intend to commisson this for commercial usage, please keep this in mind.Includes:
- Standard camera movement (no 3D)
- Standard shapes and assets (If you have assets in mind, please request them and I can draw them! No extra charge.)
- Some scenes may loop (like chorus, but depends on song)Note:
- If original mv, please include as much detail and reference material as possible. I’ll communicate with you throughout the whole process!
- Provide complete song and art credits.
- This service does NOT include any characters illustrations, any character illustrations will be considered a separate commission.
